The Belmont Ambassador Program provides students with a range of rewarding and challenging opportunities which enables student ambassadors to gain valuable experience and develop a range of useful vocational skills including teamwork, communication skills, presentation skills and time management – employability skills which stand students in good stead when they come to apply for jobs or further education after graduation.
Belmont’s ambassadors are recruited from Grades 10 – 12, reflecting the diversity of the student body. They will have the opportunity to take part in a range of activities including:
Supporting learning through peer tutoring;
Mentoring small groups of students;
Projects within the school and community; and
Representing Belmont at community events.
